PM Orbán travels to Brussels then Rome to discuss challenges facing Europe

The prime minister will first meet European Council President Charles Michel and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen in Brussels. He will then head to Rome to meet Italian Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte.

Prime Minister Viktor Orbán will travel to Brussels then Rome today to discuss challenges facing Europe and current European political issues with leading politicians.

The prime minister will first meet European Council President Charles Michel and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen early on Monday morning.

On Monday afternoon, the prime minister will head to Rome to meet Italian Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte.

PM Orbán will remain in the Italian capital until Tuesday where he will meet the conservative party leaders Silvio Berlusconi of Forza Italia, Matteo Salvini of Liga and Giorgia Meloni of Fratelli d’Italia. He will also speak at the National Conservatism Conference.
