We're in Kisoroszi. This is the settlement that the water has cut off from the outside world. Fortunately in recent years we've built flood barriers here, they keep back the water well, and so there's no panic. The Mayor and the Council are in control of the situation. I've been talking to the locals, and they also think that the defences are going well. Where we're standing now will soon look like a sea. Agricultural land has been harvested as much as possible, but even so 200 to 300 hectares of valuable agricultural land will be under water. Everyone knows their job. We owe special thanks to the people of Kaposvár, because it's important to have emergency preparedness in isolated settlements. This is being provided by the people of Kaposvár, so we respectfully thank the people of Kaposvár for coming and helping the people of Kisoroszi.
