The foreign ministry quoted Minister Szijjártó as saying that work was underway to restore the regular pressure in the pipeline.
Hungarian oil and gas company MOL has said it was prepared to ensure the country and the region’s energy supply.
The announcement was made after power to the Druzhba pipeline was cut following a missile strike.
