Hungarians can get their Covid jabs without making an appointment at inoculation points on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays in January.
The prime minister said booster jabs and the vaccination of children aged 5-11 were in the focus of the government’s Covid response measures.
GPs’ offices and 77 hospitals nationwide have started the inoculation of the 16,000 children who have already made an appointment after registration.

People may continue to come to any of the country’s designated hospital vaccination points between 7:00 in the morning and 7:00 in the evening without having to register or make an appointment until Dec. 5.
