Colleen Bell, the US Ambassador to Hungary, will leave her post on January 20 after completing her assignment, it has been revealed.
“I will be departing Budapest on January 20 after completing my assignment here as the US Ambassador to Hungary,” she said.
She thanked those in Hungary “for the kindness and friendship” she and her family received.
“I will miss serving in this position, but will continue my commitment to building stronger ties between our two countries,” she added.
According to MTI, Ambassador Bell said she will be saying her farewells, both formally and informally, over the next couple of weeks.
