Austria lists Hungary among countries with low incidence of COVID infections

Those having received two doses of the vaccine, or a single dose at least three weeks before, can enter Austria without being quarantined.

Austria has confirmed that Hungary has been listed among the countries with a low incidence of coronavirus infections.

Hungarian citizens can now enter Austria without having being quarantined if they show a negative PCR test no older than three days, produce a negative antibody test within the previous two days or can prove that they have recovered from COVID-19.

Lieutenant Colonel Róbert Kiss said those having received two doses of the vaccine, or a single dose at least three weeks before, can also enter the country without being quarantined. Those without either of those certificates can take a PCR test 24 hours before entering Austria or sooner if they want to avoid quarantine.
