The Budapest Marathon is expected to draw over 30,000 people to the capital this year.
The 33rd SPAR Budapest Marathon Festival will be held over two days between October 6th and 7th.
Organisers told a press conference on Monday that due to construction works in the City Park, the start and finish of the race will be relocated to the ELTE University campus at the Lágymányosi Bridge.
The event drew a record 32,000 people in 2017, with more than 5,400 runners attending from 81 countries.
