Péter Szijjártó, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, has congratulated Liz Truss on being elected the leader of the Conservative Party and hence the next British prime minister, wishing her every success. Minister Szijjártó said on Facebook that the former foreign minister had been “a colleague with whom I was able to work very well”, and a fair negotiating partner.
