The head of the Prime Minister’s Office has said the Hungarian government is “not against” the European Union’s setting climate protection goals for 2050.
Gergely Gulyás added, however, that such plans require impact analyses, action plans and budget calculations at an EU level.
In terms of the community’s climate protection goals for 2030, Gulyás said that Hungary was “one of the best performing” EU members.
