László Cseh has won a silver medal for the 200m Butterfly at the FINA World Championships in Budapest.

Cseh was pipped to the winning line by South African legend Chad le Clos. Fellow Hungarian Tamás Kenderesi secured fourth place in the same race.

Hungary picked up its first medal of the championships over the weekend when the men took the bronze medal in the 4x100m freestyle relay event.

Katinka Hosszú won Hungary's first gold medal for the 200m IM on Monday evening.

Meanwhile, in the women's water polo, Hungary defeated Greece 10:9 in the 5-8th place play-offs.
