I Dance Hungary to teach Hungarian folk dance to foreigners

Mihály Kovács-Rosonczy, founder of the website idancehungary.hu, said “Hungarian folk music and dance are treasures which help people understand our national culture”

A new website has been established to help non-native communities not too familiar with the Hungarian language to understand the tradition of Hungarian folk dance.

“I Dance Hungary” delves deep into Hungarian culture to bring the audience closer to those interested in Hungary and its heritage.

Mihály Kovács-Rosonczy, founder of the website idancehungary.hu, said “Hungarian folk music and dance are treasures which help people understand our national culture”.

The aim of the site is to create a bridge between the Carpathian Basin and Hungarian people living abroad and to reshape Hungary’s image in foreigners’ eyes.

I Dance Hungary offers English-language tutorials to teach Hungarian folk dance to anyone who visits the site.
