The Central Statistical Office (KSH) has revealed that the average gross wage in Hungary grew by an annual 16.1% to 528,000 forints (EUR 1,370) in January. Net wages climbed at the same pace to 351,100 forints. Real wages fell by 7.6%, calculated with a January CPI of 25.7%.
