Katalin Novák, Minister in charge of Family Affairs, said young mothers returning to work are eligible for a subsidy of up to HUF 40,000 (EUR 111) a month, if they wish to place their child in a privately-run creche. Minister Novák said mothers of children under the age of three are eligible for the subsidies until the end of next year.
