Prime Minister Viktor Orbán spoke with Recep Tayyip Erdoğan by phone and congratulated the Turkish president on his victory and the outstanding success of his AK Party in the first round of Turkey’s presidential and parliamentary elections. PM Orbán wished Erdogan much success in the run-off, to be held on May 28. He told his partner that Hungary as well as Europe and the world needs a strong and stable Turkey.
