Hollywood star Ryan Gosling is now living in Budapest for the next three months while shooting Blade Runner 2, it has been revealed.
The 36-year-old Canadian actor is joined by his partner Eva Mendes and their two children, as well as the family’s pet dog George.
Blade Runner 2 is set to be one of the largest movie productions ever filmed in Hungary.
Shooting will mainly take place at the Origó studio, the Mafilm base at the nearby town of Fót, on locaton around Budapest, and the Korda studio at Etyek.
In addition to Gosling, the film will feature A-listers Harrison Ford, Mackenzie Davis and Robin Wright.
The sequel is based on the original concept by Ridley Scott, director of the 1982 original movie. However, the script for this flick was written by Hampton Fancher, co-writer of the first film.
