Péter Magyar said later on Wednesday that his signature had appeared on the document by mistake.
Csaba Dömötör said that for this strong border protection, recovering competitiveness, stronger family policy, less "ideological foolishness" and more honest words were needed.
Csaba Dömötör said the Patriots group was calling on the EP to set up an investigative committee with a view to uncovering the types of content being censored in Europe.
"Many people in the European Parliament often cite the freedom of speech and basic values of constitutionality. It will now show how much they take them seriously," Csaba Dömötör said.
