Hollywood movie star Ashton Kutcher has invested in Hungarian startup Bitrise.
According to reports, the American actor invested in Bitrise along with Gyula Fehér, founder of Ustream.
The startup simplifies the work of mobile application developers and can even allow the everyday consumer to create their own apps.
Along with a US$3.2 million investment from OpenOcean, the company is planning to join the stock market in the next four to five years.
In recent years, Kutcher has become more famous for his investments than his film work: he has put together hundreds of millions of dollars in investment portfolios and is one of the world’s most successful funders and developers of new products.
