Hungary 365 is a newly-launched competition inviting photographers to find new ways to express their love of the country.
The government launched the competition for amateurs and professionals interested in the life of collectives and communities, natural and cultural heritage sights and objects representative of our national legacy.
Shutterbugs will be able to send in their best snaps from September 3rd. According to the latest plans, the award ceremony will be held at the beginning of December. The members of the jury will be comprised of established, internationally renowned photographers including Ottó Kassai.
“We intend the Hungary 365 photography competition to champion the love of the country, granting more visibility to various communities, promoting the value of intergenerational relationships,” said Csaba Dömötör, Secretary of State and chief organizer.
