Hungary to act on prison overcrowding by end of September

Gergely Gulyás said the funds may be used to set up temporary facilities with the aim of eliminating overcrowding by the end of September this year.
Minister Varga said that over the past few years the government has built new prisons and continued to develop prison conditions.
