“This goes to show that there’s an extremely powerful message being formulated that can’t even be ignored in Brussels,” Zoltán Kovács said.
So far, 1.014 million people have returned the national questionnaire on protecting Hungary’s sovereignty.
Although forms are still being delivered and the deadline for returning questionnaires expires in a month, “it is by now clear that many people are expressing their opinions”, and 280,000 questionnaires have been returned so far, Csaba Dömötör said.
