Hungarians have until August 25 to return the government's latest National Consultation questionnaire.
PM Orbán said the survey was “not on a single issue” but would also influence decisions on minimum wages, family subsidies, personal income tax refunds, the loan repayment moratorium, migration,...
The survey offers people a chance to express their views on topics such as raising the minimum wage, tax refunds for families and the child protection law.
The official kormany.hu website said the perpetrators used bots to fill in scores of questionnaires.
The survey includes questions concerning a personal income tax rebate for low-earning parents, the minimum wage, the moratorium on loan payments, migration and taxes.
Hungary's 11th national consultation campaign asks for people's opinions on a range of pressing issues, including the economic reboot, family policy, migration, child protection and Hungarian vaccine production.
The questions on the survey will concern measures to strengthen the economy and defend against the pandemic and migration.
While most of the questions in the next national consultation concern the economic reboot, families, and the steps necessary for the effective protection against new waves of the epidemic, we must also talk about migration in the post-pandemic era.
Multiple questions in the upcoming national consultation cover issues related to family and economic policy, as one of the Hungarian government’s main priorities is to strengthen these areas in the post-pandemic era.
“Hungary must prepare for the age of epidemics and mass migration,” Gergely Gulyás, the Minister heading the Prime Minister’s Office, said earlier today at the weekly Kormányinfó press conference.
PM Orbán also announced the launch of a National Consultation public survey on Hungary’s economic recovery.
Epidemiologists will have the final say in the decision, but everybody’s opinion counts as to when, and in how many steps, the restrictions should be removed.
