The survey also found that more than 98% of respondents favored a ceasefire and peace in Ukraine over weapons deliveries.
The results of the national consultation clearly show that the Hungarian people have stood up for the sovereignty of our country and an overwhelming majority of them said no to having others decide for us on issues that fundamentally affect our lives.

So far, 1.014 million people have returned the national questionnaire on protecting Hungary’s sovereignty.
Although forms are still being delivered and the deadline for returning questionnaires expires in a month, “it is by now clear that many people are expressing their opinions”, and 280,000 questionnaires have been returned so far, Csaba Dömötör said.
